Roll Deceive vs. Will. Target can’t form long term memories for the remainder of the scene. Must be used proactively, cannot be used to retroactively delete memories. On a tie, target has a weird sense that something is wrong with how they remember stuff. |
Psi Gamma: Subliminal |
Roll Deceive vs. Will to implant a post-hypnotic suggestion. Short suggestions can be given, with a trigger if desired. On success with style, suggestions can be life threatening. On a tie, target might be vaguely aware they’re being manipulated or not take the action precisely according to the specified trigger. |
